I did Penis Enlargement exercises for 6 months and went from 4.6" to 6.6", so +2" total. So I decided to share this with you guys. It only took me 15-18 minutes per day, 5 days a week. Will post my routine below, but first some info.

Important: Do not increase the duration of exercising each week like they say. I've been using same 15-18 minute routine for whole 6 months and gains are not diminishing. Only increase, when gains start slowing down.

I only did exercises, so I only know about the effectiveness of those.
"Why would you do it?".
I'm not bragging here, just illustrating that size matters and that it's not because of ego etc. I'm pretty amazing in bed and noone ever complained about my size, even though I was just 4.6", probably because I'm well above average in
girth. I actually though I was average, even though average is 5.7".
Regardless of that, I did it, because... why the hell not? Other then that, benefits are:
1) Improving overall penile health, increasing sexual sensation and arousal. It’s a fact that practicing penis enlargement improves blood flow to the penis. Better blood flow means better overall functioning.
2) You need girth to properly stimulate the women. I'd rather do it with my dick instead of my fingers or tongue.
3) Women find a bigger dick visually stimulating, even if an insanely large penis will create a great deal of a discomfort for a woman. No LMR.
4) Changing your body for the better. Better sexual performance. Not being hindered by genetics.
5) Boosting self confidence is another popular reason for wanting a bigger dick. For many men, having a bigger dick means “being able to really perform sexually and have stamina adds a lot of confidence, especially when out in the dating scene.” More often than not, a man with a small penis will deviate from sex talk or any concerns regarding the use of the penis.
Dangers of Penis Exercising
I never had any injuries, not even bruises, but you can injure yourself.
Proper warm-up is important, proper massage as well as not too much pressure. You have to condition your penis,
especially at the beginning.

The Average Gains analysis comprised of 398 men. The men that exercised their penis for less than three months were not included:
The Breakdown:
The average penis enlargement gain of the 398 men was
1 inch in length and a half an inch in girth (1″ X .51″).
Translating the numbers into volume, the average pre-volume for the 398 men was 12.01 cubic inches. The average post-volume of the 398 men was 17 cubic inches. Thus, the average volume gained was 4.99 cubic inches.
The Conclusion:
The 398 men
increased their penis size by 42 percent. Meaning, on average, the men who exercised their penis for three months or more have a penis nearly
half a size bigger than what they started with!

This chart doesn't show any correlation between height or penis size. It just shows how rare
one of the measurements are in the population.
For example, second row doesn't show that a man 4'6" high with 1.2x2.1 penis is 1 in 52mil. It shows that just 1.2" penis OR 2.1" girth OR 4'6" height person is 1 in 52mil. I don't know why height is included, but there it is.
So finally, here is the routine that I did:
1) Warm Up (2 min)
Put your dick in a glass of hot water. It should be hot on the edge of being comfortable.
2) "Stretching" (3x7 times in each direction: left, right, streight) (1 min)
Put an OK grip on your base and stroke 7 times straight, 7 times left (bending the penis slightly and stretching) and 7 times right. Repeat 3 more times.
3) Pressure Stroke (4 times 15 strokes) (3 min)
This is like a 75% erect jelq where I'm doing:
1) 15 strokes with moderate pressure (5/10 hardness of the grip)
2) 15 strokes with an OK hold (6/10)
3) 15 strokes with an OK hold (7/10)
4) 15 strokes with an OK hold (8/10)

This is just like what I did at step 2 where the jelq is with two fingers placed on the sides so I can bent the penis in each direction. Also the directions are down, up, left, right, down-left, down-right, up-left and up-right.
7) Cool Down (2 min)
With a glass of cold water: not cold enough to cause shrinkage.
