It's always happening to me when I get close to a girl that I like. I get too much interested in her and always check her out, what she did on Facebook, who she liked and I start to become jealous. Basically I am tired of being the same old motherfucker loving bitches for no reason. Is there any way to get rid of "sentiments" and just be a fucking jerk?

Easy, don't promise monogamy and don't expect monogamy until you get a handle on your insecurities and neediness. During this period, date multiple girls at the same time. There's no need to tell lies or be an asshole. Just hold your ground if a girl tries to pressure you into committing to an exclusive relationship.
