Hi

I am serious. Last night I was out till quite late and had a few drinks. Then today met up with a 'friend' and we went to bad. Everything was fine, we had a break for a cup of tea, and then ... all floppy and not happening.

It is SO frustrating. I know there is the obvious, don't go out night before but anyone got any tips. I tried to think of the most erotic things but no good.

Anyone got any ideas?

By the way this is rare for me - honest. (but would like to know how to sort for times when do get it :) ).

hey man,

this is also a problem i never have - usually the opposite actually - likes to say hello randomly....

but anyway - the one time this happend it was with a new girl, i was nervous about her coming over - we were planning on having sex

we had a few drinks - and i couldnt last and couldnt get it back
i was seriously concerned - and it was embarrassing

then i realized that my dinner was still on the stove!

so after not eating since breakfast - i didnt have the energy and i was also much more drunk than i should have been

so i ate my dinner and 30 min. later i was good to go!
crisis averted

So it may have just been a fluke man - u may have just been too drunk

i wouldnt worry bout it yet until it is a persistent problem

This is a trick I learned from my friend. Good luck.

Humans, as animals, have three basic needs. To eat, to sleep, and to have sex. If you've just had sex and want another go around, then have a sandwich or something real quick prepared in the fridge. Just tell the girl, I'm getting a sandwich, would you like something? Regardless of what she says, bring her something to eat. Do the same thing with something to drink. Take about five minutes to eat and drink, and just idly stroke her body. This will build sexual tension if you continue to slowly increase it and in no time at all you'll be having your second session.

In the case of not being able to get it up, just start from the food part. It will give you vitality which should help your blood flow. If all else falls, take a Viagra and then your problem will be with getting it down again. Shalom.

hey man i've never had this problem either.. but then again i have a rare medical condition which is awesome. On the other hand, there are a few main reasons why you may not have been able to get it up.
1. alcohol - alcohol can depress your system and make difficulties.. sometimes 2 beers will do more than 10.. it really depends on a lot of factors
2. eating - the reason you feel tired after you eat is your body's primary function is to digest your food and therefore sends lots of blood to your stomach, instead of the necessary parts when you need them
3. drugs - prescription drugs especially anti-depressants and anxiety medications can cause problems with erections. illegal drugs can as well as some studies have shown that smoking weed can actually cause more problems in that area that moderate amounts of alcohol
4. round 2 - If you've already had sex or just had a great blowjob.. the only times i've had some problems is when the girl keeps going after.. the reason for this is when you get a blowjob you get a lot more stimulation especially afterwards due to sensitivity. This over stimulation can actually ruin the rest of your rounds until KO.. bummer huh.
