Fin maybe 3 or 4 routines that you like but try not to get dependant on them. Thats how I started and eventualy becae very fluent as to where convo is the strongest part of my game.
Learn some techniques like qaulification and frame control and such so that you can apply these principles to your sets. Then just find interesting stuff that either pops into your head or you read etc.. Itll happen over time just keep putting the reps in _________________ dont hit the rotweiler
