Good stuff, this can help me to break a few bad body language habits.

The smiling one is a little confusing to me since everything else I've read says that Alpha Males smile. The list says that Betas smile. One of Style's tips is when you enter a new environment (whether it be a bar, club, or classroom), you're supposed to be smiling. The list says only smile when there's something to smile about. Which is correct? I know it's all situational, but these tips contradict each other completely.

I reckon smiling continously like a idiot when talking to someone demostrates low value.

But looking like a serious git also is low value.

Smile as much as you can without looking like you are forcing it.

Reward people with smiles.

Look interesting

Im 5' 4 and this stuff helps me stand out a lot more, especially when sitting down (nowadays i direct people to seats so we are all at the same height and i can just be completely alpha)

Otherwise, focus on other stuff like her breasts, her hair, things going on around
I agree entirely, if she isnt going to say anything interesting why should i bother to be attentive?

Piece of crap......

The best way for you to be comfortable is to be comfortable in your own skin. Just relax and your inner confidence will come through. These tactics will make you look like a stalker ready to pounce (on what???). Chill and talk you routine.
If you're comfortable in your own skin, you will already be showing these characteristics. Most stalkers I've ever witnessed have showed the OPPOSITE of everything listed above.

i wouldn't stare at her breasts, personally.

i believe it was mystery, or style, that said you give up some of your alpha when doing so. looking at her breasts lets her know that they interest you, and that isnt what you want to know (depending where you are in the M3 model) and even if you would like to relay that you're interested, there are PUA ways to do it. gawking at tits is kind of AFC.

good luck guys.

There's this look that I've been doing that I've seen Jack Nicholson do a lot where you tilt your head down a little and look up with your eyes. Sort of a sideways look. It seemed to my instincts to convey something good but maybe not. It might seem submissive. Before you say it I'm aware also that Nicholson uses that a lot to look crazy but he also has another way that he does it where he just looks cool or I guess alpha. That would be what I'm going for. Any opinions on it?

Hey this info kicks ass.

I'm not trying to be that guy - but for what it's worth it's spelled dominance.

Sorry, had to say it.
