Personal Values Resource

Hey all,

I am currently organizing how I spend my time, and want to set up my values. Which I think affects our beliefs and actions. Have any of you come across any good resources further examining values. Trying to find a good book, but its turning out to be a challenge.

Do you follow those teachings? Interesting that when I ask other about values, they always reference something to do with religion or tao teachings. Must be something in it.

There is a lot to religions and philosophies. These are the principle upon which all cultures are founded. I would suggest evaluating what you want from the PUA lifestyle and how it makes you feel about yourself. All your values are pretty much in you to begin with. Start there and reference what you're thinking to religious and philisophical works if needed. "Take the middle path" so to speak. Buddist reference...check.
