So I work at Berklee College of Music, and this new switchboard operator just moved into the same office as me. I've only worked with her a couple days, but she is hot as hell and the conditions are perfect for a pickup. What are some good ways to go about this? We're stuck in the same room for hours at a time, and I want to make a move without appearing unprofessional. Any good tips to go about this?

This is tough. You can't control the outcome of all social situations, I don't think it matters how tight your game is, stuff can get miscommunicated, she might be made of crazy, etc. Worst case scenario is that you find yourself looking for a new job, even if you really do nothing inappropriate, it happens.

My first suggestion is don't shit where you eat, plenty of women out there man. My follow up suggestion is to get to know her a bit, and if she's cool, befriend her. You can always be impoving your game and your situation, even if you aren't actively trying to lay her. Hot girls have hot friends, hot girls often have more fun and interesting thing going on in their lives that could be of potential interest to you, and it can give you insight into how being truly desireless can intrigue women.
