Hey guys I've gone a week and 2 days without beating it and for me that's a big deal seeing as how I'm 17 so my hormones are still high. Today I actually broke the streak (Oops :shock: ). You see what happened was I deleting ALL or ANY porn from my computer because I told myself I'd never do it again. While deleting, I accidentally clicked one, saw one, got horny, you know the rest lol... I'm trying to stop because it's beneficial not too as it raises testosterone, more energy, confidence, and pushes you out there to talk to more women and be more social. I have noticed a difference when I stopped jacking off (Some girl I barely met told me she wants to suck my dick and told my friend she wants to have sex with me) And I've only talked to her in person ONCE. there is a very old thread concerning this subject. im 23, and since i was 16 i told myself i wouldnt jack off anymore the most i have hold it it was 38 days and thats cause i couldnt take it no more hahaha...

Just go jerk off... To be honest, if you're at a stage where you consider not masturbating in order to increase testosterone, need more energy or need to feel more confident. Just go to a gym or do some MMA/kickboxing and start eating right. You'll be super confident, look awesome and you'll be able to vent for your testosterone.

If you've only talked to her in person once how do you know it's the lack of masturbation which has had that effect? This girl could just like you a lot. She could have said those exact same things before you stopped masturbating. If you think that you went and talked to her because you stopped masturbating, you're wrong. It doesn't have that effect.

And the rise is negligible in real terms, it certainly won't change your personality.

If you were regularly masturbating 1-2 times a day for a long period, then you're probably not used to feeling horny. So cutting masturbation down will make you feel more horny. I'm not really a believer that being more horny affects your game. I don't think that just because you're horny you can suddenly go up to a girl and charm your way into her pants based purely on not having masturbated for a week or two. Like I said, guys who are getting sex on tap can still be extremely charming and get girls, yet they're not horny through lack of ejaculation because they've been getting loads of girls.

Masturbation is bad if you're doing it too much and staying in. It's bad if you're in the mental frame where you're wanting to go home just to masturbate. But that's not because of any physical effect of the actual masturbation, it's because basically you're addicted to masturbation and the addiction is getting in the way of you being interested in girls. But if you're only masturbating at normal levels, maybe once a day, maybe every other day, and you're not wanting to rush home just to masturbate, then it's not unhealthy at all and won't effect your game in any way.

Not masturbating is great. Even if the effects are "in your mind" (they aren't) then why not just do it? If you can feel the same way when you masturbate, than when you dont, then go ahead and masturbate. But if you notice improvements in yourself after not masturbating, then why start masturbating again?

Anyone telling you no-fap is bs, probably has no self-control and is trying to make themselves feel better for not being able to stop jerking off. They're better off saying "I don't know if it works, but I haven't been able to do it"

So avoid the skeptics and try it out. I've certainly gained fantastic benefits from doing it.

Forget courage. If you don't have the courage to approach women, not jerking off won't make you magically confident. I don't 100% feel it's the fact that by not wanking it you suddenly get the desire to go out and find another way to get your sexual relief, instead by not beating your meat you have better self-esteem. I almost feel pathetic after using my hand when there is the possibility that I could instead be with a woman somewhere and then lose some confidence.

Christian brings up a good point about no-fap. You definitely gain extra drive, become more creative and give off attractive, sexual vibe. However, keep this beast bottled up for too long and it will find a way to get out through frustration and irritability.

Sending yourself on a guilt trip about masturbation will do nothing for your self-esteem either.

I feel the best way is to use your sexual energy as your driving force, and masturbation as a way of keeping it under control when you are not getting laid.

The bottom line is you are the one in control of you actions, and the meaning you assign to them.

I tried that one got up to 3 weeks with no fap, But the reason i did is because i had sex 3 weeks ago from that time and i couldn't stay hard the entire time and it was frustrating to me. So i believe it's not good to doo all the time becuase it can affect your testos. at least for me. It's your body and its up to you but i don't think it makes you more confident or anything but i do think it affects you in the bedroom if you do it on a daily basis then and the same or not even that same day you may have trouble keeping it up. but that's really the only issue i've had with it.

Actually not a bad point. If you get used to using your hand, then your dick responds to that. If you're fucking a woman, that obviously doesn't feel like your hand and sometimes you may find it hard to stay hard or to finish when hard. Not an issue for everyone, but if you're finding that you do have these problems with women and masturbate a lot, then that could be your issue.

well talking from my experiences whenever I had those days when I masturbated a lot (up to 6 times per day) I wasn't into meeting new people and I didn't feel that good. Something was missing and when the bad feeling came back I masturbated again...It all changed when I did that less (max once per day or two) and my attitude changed also! I was happier and more outgoing!

Is your dick okay?? 6 times a day must have killed. You might want to try even less, you could find even more improvement from going maximum of once a day. Try picking three days a week to beat it. You'd be surprised how much can be accomplished with this extra time and how you can feel even better. It's all about breaking the habit and thinking back what caused me to do it that much?
