This is my 1,000th post damn! Anyways, up to this point she's responded to my add and sent a few emails back and forth. Here's how the convo went.
J Smooth: So you're a moisturizing, chapstick, caffeine freak I see!
HB8: that pretty much sums me up
J Smooth- You know they say those are the gateway drugs, LOL
HB: i'm slowly working on a heroin addiction then i guess
HB- did i tell you I was in biotech, what do you do?
J Smooth- About the same
J Smooth- Jumping out of planes, saving the world, building atomic weapons for terrorists
J Smooth- LOL
HB: i bet there's lots of money in that
J Smooth: lots
HB: you could help fund my addictions
J Smooth: absolutley
J Smooth: and a small war on the side
J Smooth: Where do you want to go when you're done with school
HB: i'm not sure, it depends on what i want to do and how well i do in grad school and who will hire me
J Smooth: that's a lot of depends
HB: sorry, i'm talking to a friend right now and thats why i'm a little spacey

HB: what are your plans for tonight- more duet practice? (DUET is another American IDOL type show, they're doing casting auditions here in nashville right now)
J Smooth: I might just have to do that again, LOL
HB: drink this time though
J Smooth: I don't have any firm plans
J Smooth: You have some suggestions?
J Smooth: IF not I can make some for us
J Smooth: assuming that is you aren't some psycho Internet stalker/killer
HB: you sure you want to take that risk?
J Smooth: Well, I'm adventurous you know jumping out of planes, listening to karaoke without alcohol, it's how i roll
HB: i wasn't implying that you should hang out with me- i was just curious how you were going to top last nights awesomeness
HB: i didn't know if it could happen
J Smooth: Top last night, well first I plan on having an agreeable meal, then still not drinking, and going back downtown for round 2, but this time maybe even singing a song!!!
J Smooth: Besides, I never said you could hang out with me, just asking what you thought would be cool to go and do.
HB: sorry, my bad
HB: anyway, you could always strap on your cowboy boots and go line dancing
HB: always a good night
J Smooth: I hung my cowboy line dancing hat up a few years ago, but not a bad idea
HB: I was being sarcastic about the line dancing
J Smooth: Okay, glad you were, because I was getting worried
HB: Seriously, we'll have to pencil each other in for time to hang out if you can excuse my spacy conversation today
J Smooth: We'll you aren't completely back to square one with me yet, but....yeah even after your spacey convo

HB:i'm a total brat and like giving ppl crap most of the time anyway
J Smooth: Just like my little sister...we'll get along okay most of the time
J Smooth: Really, I hate to sound cliche' and ask you out for coffee but how would you like to start out

HB: well, some form of drink is always good, cuz if you hate me then you can do the quick getaway without having to sit through a long drawn out dinner
J Smooth: True, then if I like you, you can pay for dinner
HB: not exactly what i was thinking
J Smooth): Maybe we're more alike that I thought, where do you like to get your drinks?
HB: so i just moved here and even though it was 6 months ago, i still know nothing about this city
J Smooth: Okay what area do you live in
HB: i've explored more of the shopping areas than the drink areas to tell you the truth
HB: so i live by vandy (Vanderbilt campus)
J Smooth: Alrighty, I know a cozy spot in that area, nice bar. And a nice restaurant. I'll take a chance on you, and if I feel the need I can leave you with the bill

J Smooth: Do you know where xxxxx Ave. is?
HB: is that a building? street? city?
J Smooth: xxxx is a street
HB: ok, well my answer is still a no

HB: never been there, but i've heard of it from a friend
J Smooth: They are open late, so what time works best for you
HB: depends on the day
HB: i don't have any tests for a week so i'm pretty much free
J Smooth: when does your busy schedule permit dinner
J Smooth: nvm I see, is tomorrow night a problem?
HB: i don't think so
J Smooth: okay I got reservation sets there tomorrow for 7pm under my name
HB: way to take control
J Smooth: welcome
J Smooth: The other place I like is Sambucca for just a quiet drink
HB: i really need to start exploring this place more
HB: i have no idea what you're referencing
J Smooth: it's a 5 star restaurant on 21st ave south
J Smooth: nice 2nd floor balcony view of the nashville skyline
J Smooth: I'll take you there some time, if you behave
HB: you really shouldn't get yourself committed before you meet with me- harder to duck and run then
J Smooth: Well I figure, I'll take a risk, besides, I can run fast!
HB: at least you've got your outs figured out
J Smooth: besides you don't have my number
HB: ah, but the power of the internet is amazing
J Smooth: you are a stalker
J Smooth : so do you have like a whole shrine built for me or are you still working on it
HB: i was kidding, i'm such an idiot with computer related things that i doubt i could find myself
HB: i figure its a work in progress- i'm going to have to collect some hair tomorrow and maybe some of your leftovers to make it better
J Smooth: I look forward to seeing this chapstick and moisturizing addiction in person
HB: well at least you won't freak out when i apply every 5 min
J Smooth: LOL, how will you eat
HB: in between and very carefully of course

HB: alright, i need to go back to lab before i meet up with friends

HB: sounds good- i might harass you tomorrow just to check on everything otherwise i'll see you there
