im max, freshman in college. i have no problem approaching but im not good at being smooth and suave lol.

hey max, it's all in your head man. Anyone can be smooth and suave without actually being suave or smooth. Catch my drift.
It's all about body language and how to present yourself. Stand straight, smile (but not too much, you don't wanna creep anyone out), and let go. Don't care about anything and just go with it.
