| I have lots of trouble with this, i can act energetic but do not feel it. Is there anything you guys could reccommend? |

| listen to high energy music b4 u sarge, get into the music at the clubs or bars...take an energy drink....those all can help get youre energy goin. Find what works for you. I listen to music like Papa Roach or Bullet For My Valentine because I love hard rock/metal and it gets my energy goin. But if you use music keep away from the bands/songs that piss you off |

The easiest and most effective way to become energetic is to surround yourself with energetic people. We are defined by our companions and the type of positive energy you insinuate often feeds off of itself.
Drinking is by far the worst way to build energy. You should be as comfortable, if not more so, in any kind of situation when you are completely dry. If you do not find that this is true of yourself, take the personal challenge of going out and not touching any alcohol. Too often its a safety net that so many cling around. Undoubtedly, it may be hard at first but the dividends are great in the long run. When you no longer feel that you need to take a sip of your drink to fill those seemingly 'awkward' moments, you've progressed substantially more than your drinking peers.
Lastly, just be intense with your energy. We are socially calibrated to be subdued with our expressions and emotions. Often times, having the adequate amount of energy has a sensation of being too much when in fact it is just right. If you make the effort to be energetic by talking about things that you love and the exciting things that you do, you'll find that over time you'll become calibrated to the standard.
P.S
The previous paragraph brings me to one ore point. Mystery was very insightful in saying that true gaming is an extenuation of the triumvirate of a good lifestyle. Health, Relationships and Wealth. If you build, through good habits, a healthy lifestyle and maintain superb relationships with both men and women you will naturally be more energetic. Make your life interesting and you will be too! |
