Last night I was out and seen a HB7, I approached her w/ a big smile and she said "Hi". She frequently goes to the bar that I go to.
I was drinking a good amount and just drew a complete blank on what to say. I said: "So are you a regular here?" and she said: "well I am now." I was so impaired that I just couldn't get a conversation going. Then, her friend grabbed her and took her out to the dance floor. I stood there like a wounded solder. I wanted to kick myself, bang my head against the wall! I was such a disappointment to myself! This is the 1st time in a long time that I just couldn't get it together. It's like everything I learned wasn't there at that moment. I got home last night and just wallowed in my discouragement.
I'm not going to let 1 failed attempt get me down. I want a 2nd shot at the approach w/ this girl next weekend! And Damn it!!!.......I'm going to do it next time. This is about my PRIDE here!
Note this:
1) I forget her name
2) I was a drunk skunk
3) and I blew everything
I'm throwing this story out there for some suggestions and how not to screw up next time. This girl will be there again and I plan to do everything right next time. |

I hear ya, Custom. I got carried away w/ the partying w/ my boys.
Let this be a lesson learned to all the "Newbies" out there.
Always have to share the good stories and the bad, so we can learn from our mistakes.
DON'T DRINK AND "GAME"!
A buddy of mine gave me this advice:
Go up to her and be honest and say: "I met you last week and I'm sory, I was a little impaired." My name is "Bricool5" and take it from there.
My friend's girl said that is the best thing to do also. I think I'm going to fly w/ that advice.
Agree? or any other suggestions? |

But don't focus only on that girl , If things don't work well with her, don't worry. You don't need her.

I feel you playa,
have a drink ya know, but i feel what custom is saying, don't get drunk or game because you are drunk. You will not be playin the game properly.
As for this chick, well if you are really really desperate to go for a 2nd attempt, do a drastic make over kinda thing, peacock if you must (i am not the biggest fan of peacocking, maybe a bit but not over the top)
hell get some non-prescription glasses even. She probably won't even realize it's you.
But if she does, she'll be enticed by your drastic change of look from the last time seein here
i think that's a start |
