I'm sure some of you have been there, and I have been there myself before, but this time around I'd like to handle this situation a little better. I'm a big flirt, and I tend to flirt with a lot of the girls around me, even when they're just friends. Unfortunately, there is one girl that I work with that is new to town because she is going to school around here, she doesnt know that many people, live by herself, not a lot of social value. anyways, she has taken to my flirtting a little too much. she stole my number from like the call-in sheet and just started texting me non stop, ya know, just one of those girls that hasnt had too much expierence with guys and so they really dont know where the line is drawn as to how much is too much. anyways I'm curious what you guys would do, right now I'm responding less and less to her texts, and trying to tone down flirting in person without seeming like im turned off to her, because i dont want to be mean to her with her not having many people around her, ya know? so what do you guys have to say?

My friend that all depends on you. If your into her I'd just go with it shit man she's done all the work for you now all you have to do is give in. But then again she does work with you and could be a crazy stalker. but I doubt it shes prob just trying to meet new ppl and thinks your game is tight. Me personaly I'd just be friends with her and hit it anyway lol. worse case it's some new arm candy to hang with. I'm sure others will give you some good advice as well

I'll assume you have no sexual interest in her at all. If that's incorrect, stop reading here.

I would be very clear about your intentions, without being cruel. Responding less to the texting and toning down the flirting were the right moves, keep moving in that direction. You can even respond to a text with "super busy today" and then just be friendly (not flirty) when you bump into her in the hall.
