I am conceptual artist working in video game development company. I always wanted to do this and this is my identity.
Unfortunatelly, so far people I meet often only heard what my studies are - it's pure technical stuff. They are not connected with art and I hate it. People, especially girls, usually ask "what are you studying?" not "what do you do?", hear from my friends that I'm studying this crap, and think that men studying this are boring. It is often true by the way...
But now it shouldn't be a problem. I am an artist who found his dream job.
And I can talk about it. But what to do to strenghten it? What to do if girls heard from my friends only that I'm studying that and that, any single word about art!?
How to show my identity outside? How to build attractive image?

You have found something you are passionate about, something you love. Share it! Share it with the girl and say it like you mean it. Be enthusiastic about it, she will catch on and you two will just vibe.
If you're completely clueless about how to talk about it in an exciting fashion, try starting with "so have you seen those really cool videos on TV promoting the release of the newest blockbuster games?" If she has, off you go. If she hasn't, describe it to her, then off you go again.
