Guys,
I am still alittle confused as how hypnosis can help resolve AA ? make you more confident player ?
Surely the brain needs hard evidence before a belief can be rewired ?.
If hypnosis was so great why doesnt everyone use it and become confident men ?. |

| Honestly not many people know about it where kind of luckey. My first being introduced to it I was skeptical like many others so I did some backround research on what it really was and found out exactly what it can do for us. Confidence most people build it through trial and error or using phrases like "I am confident" throughout the day which helps them get that state of mind internally its basically another way of hypnosis but in a weaker form because its not directly to your unconcious mind until its repeated powerfully like almost you believe it. First of all you need to understand that hypnosis is not magic. It's not like you can push a button and suddenly be super confident (well maybe, if you're good at anchoring:P)
The techniques can help, sometimes they're a bit weak and sometimes they really do work like magic. Learn more about hypnosis and NLP so you have a basic understanding of things, then practise applying some techniques on yourself. They sure helped me a lot, in all kinds of areas in my life. |

| I find its like learning anything. At first its hard . But each day with practice you get better at it. I have found hypnosis, inergame building and NLP has helped me lose 15 Kgs |
