Strictly, that is not a shit test, that's an exit strategy. SHit tests are designed to test the patience of the guy and to ensure he is alpha.
Normally, I would let her exit if she wants to, or if I was really pushing it I might reply "I knew I should have worn a different aftershave", which could save it and even get her sniffing your neck if you play it right. But yeh, not a shit test.
