Eye protection is very necessary because eyes are very important organs of our body and without them life would certainly be very difficult.good diet always plays a good role to protect our body from many illness. Green leafy vegetables, like spinach is very healthy for our eyes and protect our eyes from many eyes illness. spinach vegetable contain with lutein that is so good for our healthy eyes. Omega 3 fatty acids and vitamin A rich diet very good for healthy eyes. you can eat carrot its included with vitamin A. you can eat fish its included with Omega 3 fatty acids.

Here i am going to share some tips for eye care
1 eat foods which have omega-3 fatty acids
2 Eat greens vegetables
3 Maintain a healthy weight

Well eyes is the most human body part and we should care our eyes on top most priority. some tips which i share here for eyes. As Vitamin A, E and C are good for eyes. Vitamin A is found in sweet potatoes, carrots and liver. This vitamin reduces the risk of cataracts and eye blindness. The deficiency of this vitamin also results in corneal ulcers and blindness. Vitamin E is found in nuts like almonds and hazelnuts.

I agree with you! Omega 3 is really important for eyes.
One of the richest omega 3 source is sardines!

As Malik said, there are not only omega 3 but also many other minerals such as vitamin A, E... good for eyes. Thus, consume foods containing those above minerals is also the effective ways for eye care from inside. As my personal experience, I used to choose green beans, squash and cottage cheese for my meals to improve eye health. They hold a lot of necessary nutrition for healthy eyes.
