Any one can use these tips to increase stamina.
components of a safe, effective exercise program are Frequency, intensity, and time or duration.
Do not accelerate your workout time too rapidly. If you are overweight and out of fitness,
you will need to lose your weight for the perfect body shape and fitness.

Thanks for sharing useful ideas mate, it is more important to have a quality workout than to have a long one. The fitness program should include cardio exercises like aerobic, jogging, stepping, climbing stairs.

Yeah It is so effective tips. Cardio exercises are so effective to be fit and healthy. I also protects us from many diseases. :wink:

if I've learned something in all my years as a long distance runner is that you've much better results if you work in a pyramid style to increase your stamina. Do not repeat the same distance or time in the whole week, and have a day prepared for a much longer workout...
For example:

Monday 50 minutes
Tuesday 40 minutes
Wednesday 55 minutes
Thursday 45 minutes
Friday 30 minutes
Saturday 1 hour 20 minutes
Sunday Off

Also my coaches usually divide the training in 4 weeks where the charge of work is different for each one.
For example:
Week 1 Charge of work 7
Week 2 Charge of work 8
Week 3 Charge of work 9
Week 4 Charge of work 5

To increase the charge of work you can do it by increasing a) (the speed or intensity of the workouts) or by increasing b) (the distance or time of the workouts)...
if you want to avoid injuries you can increase a) or b) but never both at the same time.

Another tip is to never give everything that you have on a training session. On the hard sessions you should finish with the feeling that you could have done 1 more repetition, or run 1 more mile, etc. Have in mind that completing the next workout will help you much more than giving everything that you have in the current one that you are doing.

When you start find quickly a pace where you feel comfortable and slow down just a little, try to maintain that pace throughout your whole workout.

Cycling is very good exercise for improving endurance greatly. All the above described workouts not only improve our endurance, they come with a variety of other health advantages too

For Good Stamina, You should exercise properly on daily bases. Fifty Push-ups and Five Kilometer Running almost everyday or Six days in a week. It will Certainly increase your Stamina, and after Regularity, you feel it yourself. It will Also make you beautiful by Increasing your chest and Muscles.

I found half an hour running really cuts extra calories and burns fat and sugar too. Running daily is a good practice which makes body more potent due to good circulation of blodd to all organs. It keeps you remain active whole day provided you have not blood pressure issues.
