Here i am going to mention some best tips for skin care
- Knowing your skin type is one of the most important skin care tip
- Drink a lot of water.
- Cleanse your skin regularly (1-2 times everyday)
- Be gentle, after all its your skin.
- Keep your skin moist at all times

I'd like to add to your list.

Watch your diet. A lot of fresh fruits and veggies are awesome for the skin. The cleaner you eat, the better skin you'll have, after all, the condition of your skin is the reflection of your condition on the inside, mostly your bowels. So cut down on red meat, more steamed veggies and fresh fruit, add some homemade raw cured dairy, like kefir (raw goat milk is best if you can get a hold of it). Avoid inflammatory foods like gluten, avoid gmo and processed foods. If you add periodical fasting and cleansing, you'll have awesome skin and look younger. Even intermittent fasting can do wonders, while it is awesome for hormonal balance, muscle growth, concentration, it helps the skin too.

Good moisturizer makes your skin soft and smooth. Just be carefully while selecting moisturizer. Choose moisturizer which suits your skin. Wash your face with water at least five times a day. . It cleanse and detoxify your skin.

Cleansing is also important for good skin. Cleanse your skin with good cleanser at least twice a day and then tone your skin.

I agree with your points. Many of the people think that you can lose weight just by doing some cardio or by doing some walking, but the truth is that if you want to lose some weight you have to have a diet that is low on calories and you have to do a lot of strength.

For taking the care of your skin you have to do lots of thing for this. Like you have to drink more water, avoid eating the oily food which make your skin too oily. Also eat the fruit and salad more in the day so you can get nice healthy food.
