I believe in taking care of myself, in a balanced diet and in a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial masque which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

Removing makeup every day is a tricky process as you don’t want to pull or tug the delicate skin around the eyes nor do you want to cause your skin to dry out by using a harsh cleanser and/or makeup remover.
The majority of cosmetics area unit oil-soluble that makes ointment a superb thanks to take away all traces of eye makeup, blush, foundation, and concealer and then on. All that's required is to use a small little bit of ointment to a tissue and so gently wipe it everywhere your face till the makeup is all gone. when you end there's no have to be compelled to use soap of any kind, merely rinse your face with cool water and your skin ought to feel soft to the bit.

Good moisturizer makes your skin soft and smooth. Just be carefully while selecting moisturizer. Choose moisturizer which suits your skin. Wash your face with water at least five times a day. . It cleanse and detoxify your skin.

Cleansing is also important for good skin. Cleanse your skin with good cleanser at least twice a day and then tone your skin.

To care your skin you should use proper kind of diet.
drink more water is also keep your skin fresh.
wash your skin parts 3 or 4 time in a day, which are open like hands or face.
do not use those cosmetics which include high alcoholic content.

A lot of the women I'm with comment on my skin. Here's what I do:

-I work out 3X a week
-I knock back a protein smoothie 3X a week (blueberries, protein powder, bananas, rasberries, strawberries - blueberries are super good for your skin)
-I drink green tea EVERY DAY - literally a pot with two bags of green tea. I let the bags sit in the tea for an hour so it gets nice and dark
-I moisurize before bed (I use Dove - the one with the baby-blue cap - no shame in my game)
-Sunscreen when I'm out in the sun
-I drink a lot of water - it's easy to do when you're working out
-I eat lots of fruit and vegetables. I don't eat a lot of crappy food

I went on Acutane when I was 19-20, so acne is never a problem. I'm 32 and people think I'm in mid 20s.

Hope this helps.

I am going to share some tips to remove skin tags. You can use banana peel.
Because thanks to the strong antioxidant agents found in the banana peel, it is regarded as one of the incredible home remedies for skin tags. Additionally, the enzymes in the banana peel are beneficial for relieving the tag naturally.

How to apply:

-Prepare a banana peel and cut it into small pieces
-Put the inside part of the peel on the skin tag
-Cover it by using a bandage and wait for overnight
-Remove the peel and then rinse it off the area with clean water
-Repeat the treatment per night for several days or until you notice some significant improvements

Besides you also can use Aloe Vera or Lemon juice
