My experimental weight loss diet change

I've decided to start trying Apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and salmon. Well adding those to my diet.
I've taken away ramen noodles and sugars.

Today at the grocery store I got [for the next 2 weeks] Chicken breast, wheat angel hair pasta, spinach, tomatoes, salmon, apple vinegar, wine [cause fuck it, I'm getting myself some wine], and lime juice.

I'll be posting the meals I create and my workouts for the next two weeks. And I'll upload a picture of me now and then another picture in 2 weeks.

from what I see in your pic you don't need to try anything new man, just keep doing what you doing and you are fine.
