Its on ebay, run a search for cuff bracelet and you will find it. Its around 10 bucks and shipping is a bit expensive but retail for something like that would be at least 100.

Look for a seller called double_beetles

Did you buy one and if so, what is the quality? Is it made out of good metal, cheap metal, or plastic? I hate shit that looks cool, but is terrible quality, because then it feels fake, which makes me feel fake for wearing it.

I know how you feel man. Its made out of good metal, I forget the exact time but if you look around on ebay i twill be listed. Its solid shiny and great.
