Hey,

I just wanted to know what other people use as openers at the gym. It always feels awkward for some reason. I mean I have decent ones like I'll make fun of someone saying they need to cut back on the steroids or something. or i'll say that some guy was literally holding the weights with his teeth.

opinion openers include what machines she thinks work best, if she can spot me (immediately go into routines, dhv, fluff, etc.. not awkward afc stuff), or asking her if power drinks are better than water...

when i start acting c&f I know my game is working well, but it always seems a little awkward because we're both busy "working out". I can sometimes ask if she wants to hit the treadmills, and sometimes if i TC they come back and work out next to me and start chatting it up, but I rarely #close...

just wondering what other people use in the gym...

heres my all purpose opener, hit em with their opionion on tatoos. i mean its a gym ur body is already on parade. ask what she thinks of tongue rings on guys? what about the whole gay thing? ........

I was just wondering the same thing. There has to be some better openers for the gym. Does anyone have any experiences from using openers at the gym? Oh, and how would you neg them at the gym??? C'mmon we need some good advise from the pros.

I agree that we need some decent openers and routines for the gym. I frequent the gym often and I really don't know how to approach the many girls I like because they all seem so busy and serious about what they are doing. I can't just go up to them with a question about where something is or how to work out a specific body part because when they look at me they will probably question themselves as to why I am asking them the question for I am already pretty fit muscle wise.
I do have a bit of a tummy so maybe I can have an opener related to something about cardio when I see girls on the track.

one I used a week ago

HB was on a swiss ball and I asked "how do you use that thing without falling off?" and got on the one next to her. . . "Ive come to the gym for years and have never used it" - (DHV while showing some vulnerability - swiss ball is a more of a chick thing so this didnt DLV). . . good opener.

I usually do not like to hit on girls when I'm at the gym since you need to have your muscles heated up or you might injure yourself.
Anyways among the ones I've tried is when I was working at the threadmill beside this girl I saw her running really really fast, and I just had to say
"holy shit you're like an ostrich!" Then she had to take her feet off the belt and laugh. She had a pretty long neck too lol. It was kinda mean but it worked haha.

I have the same problem. :/.. i want to talk to a girl at the gym but im sure she will notice that i want to talk to her for her looks! so anyone have some good openers here?

god the gym is the hardest place to open a set. its not really a place to meet people and its quiet in there, so i feel like everyone can hear me talking to her. and that makes me really fear rejection, when u know everyone is watching

Girls hate to be hit on the gym, so the hottest just put on some headphones.

So you can walk to her and ask her: -hey... are those things really working?

she might be like : huh?

- I know that when women don't want to get hit on they just put something like headphones so guys don't get close, /I guess it might be really annoying./ or / It's really annoying i have to do it all the time (c&f) /


She will suppose that you know what hot chicks think because you are used to them, therefore pre-selected.


I saw this on pick up 101 i think...

Yea idk the gyms brutal. The biggest problem is getting attention. I have a buddy whos a fitness trainer tho soo hes got sum great openers there, he just cocky/funny/DHVs his way into a date at the gym and then he'll follow with going to coffee or lunch or sumthing. So the trick here is acting like you really know what ur doing. Id advise ur are muscular, toned or at least in decent shape for this to work. what u do is have a female friend u know pivot for you. You and her work out for awhile. If possible have the target see u working out with your pivot. Be aware of ur target but dont EC her if possible. Now the trick is u go to get sum water or to the locker room quick. Your pivot actually opens the set with a DHV for you. Asking the fit, hottie about a machine or excersize. essentially like this. Lets say your names mike. Your pivot walks up this target and says excuse me can you explain to me this machine or can i hop in after this set or really wutever. The girl will not say no to your pivot 95% of the time. Then the pivot says. Thnx alot , my friend mike usually spots for me or teaches me machines or my friend mike has been training me but hes getting sum water right now or hes in the locker room, or hes at the car, wutever. Then when "mike" walks back over ur pivots casually talking to target. You assume alpha male body language/Heavy EC. make a joke or two and have ur pivot build you up primarily. Target will have almost NO defenses up at this point. soo stick with ur work out mayybe even show her a technique or two u think might help her or work a slightly different muscle gruop ( KINO!!!) neg her a cuople times with a smile if shes above HB 8.5 and nxt thing u know you have a dinner date with her. This can be varied 100 different ways. As long as you have a pivot ur good. WE USE PIVOTS AND WINGS everywhere else boys cmon make use of them at the gym. Two pivots would be phenomonal. I wouldnt suggest wings her unless theyre very skilled or unless its a two-three set because bringing in extra males her may be intimidating-PeACE

Me: I dont mean to stare but you have incerdiable form. Who is/was your trainer? Where did you train before?

After that exchange...

Girl: Were you in a the "XXX" bodybuilding show?

Me: "Yes"

Girl: My g/f was in that show too!

Me: You must be so-and-so friend? (social proofed, I knew her g/f)

Girl: Yeah, thats me!

Number closed...

Rush no offence but the response you got seems lucky.

here is one I use all the time. As you may know most HBs work on their abs so all you have to do is wait for your target to get to the roman chair or any other gym equipment used for your abs. do not chase her around with your stare or its ruined she mustnt know you watching her keep occupied on equipment where you have a clear view of her when she does move to an area associated with abs and starts her set you go there...
PUA: hey Smile dont want to look pushy but are you gonna be here long because I have this strict routine all about eplosive sets and little rest time and I kinda need this spot.
HB:(variation of Im almost done or sure)
PUA If she does offer to leave: No I couldnt do that just finish up ill break my routine but then you have to keep me busy with some small chat
PUA if she doesnt move or offer: I know we all entitled to our own time in the gym its good to see your committed to your work out so you earned the time stolen from me (begin using other equipment, when she finishes walk up to her and ask if she did it so you could see her brilliant body or because she really wants you to see how its done)
