Okay, so I went out last night, opened, did almost everything correct, or at least enough to get her number. But here's the thing, I forgot her name! She wrote it on the paper, but its kinda sloppy. And suggestions?

u need some help, you'll need a friend... get together with the friend and the girl, once together (make sure your friend knows the plan) have him or her introduce themselves. she'll give them her name, and if not, your friend could ask for it.

HAHAHA ive done the same exact thing the other day. i have so many names in my phone as "A" or "AA" cuz i dont know their names lol. does anyone know a good way to remember names? i am terrible at this. like you can ask me 2 seconds later and it would be as if you have never told me.

I think I've found a solution, I'm gonna ask her to get to me on facebook, and tell her my info. Then, bam, I've got it all.

dude, it's simple.

call her and shoot the shit as normal. think about it - even if you did have her name, you wouldn't say something like..

"Hello, is this xxxxxx? This is xxxxxx from last night."

You should be saying. "Hey this is the guy who found out you had a rocket launcher in your huge purse" or something along those lines.

Talk about whatever, then at some point, say "By the way, how do you spell your name?"

80% of the time, they will just spell it out for you.
20% of the cases, where it's a simple name or like this one -where she wrote it out for you...she will say - "I wrote it on the paper for you!"

Then you neg her by saying "I don't want to be mean, but you scribbled your name like you wrote it with your foot. It looks like you spelled Kwigebo. Now how do you spell it?"

You ask twice, then most will answer.

2 different follow-ups from here.

girl- (shit test) "i'm not telling you. you should remember."
you- "fine kwigebo, i wont change your name in my phonebook."
or
girl- "it's m-i-c-h-e-l-l-e. It's an easy name to spell."
you- "ya, well I have a friend who spells is m-i-s-h-e-l-l-e, so I like to get it right"

The 2nd trick works with virtually any name.

Elizabeth/Elisabeth
Alice/Alise
Jamie/Jamy
Vivian/Vivien

whatever, get creative.

If you can't remember it also try "I love your first name, whats your full name?" or some variation of it.

Notice you dont have to say her name while you're talking to her , lol
You just say Hi its XXX and go with the conversation.
Or you can call and ask :"Hi who am I Talkin to ?"
or you can be honest and said :" I met you at XX and forgot your name" if you wont say it like its a big metter and feel like its a horrible thing, she wont pay a lot of attention to that either.

Or you can use someone else's phone and say its a survey and ask for her name lolz.e

Just real quick here was a method I think I heard from Style.

It goes something like this:

Call her. When she answers pause for a second, and say in a confused tone, "wait a minute, who's this?". She tells you. You say, "Oh yeah! From last night! This is Bob... Sorry, I must have called the wrong number... I was trying to call my friend Joe*--he's having a party tonight. Anyhow, I better get going. Talk to you later."

* - If you want to make it more realistic, pick a male name that starts with the same letter as her's so it would make sense for you to have called the wrong number from your address book

if i ever forget a girl's name i say something like...

"hey, bet you have a stupid driving license pic, but I bet it's not as stupid as mine"

then swap driving licenses, easy way of getting someone's name you don't remember, if you're physically with them of course
