| ok, so last night was my first night out. mind you i've never been big into the whole bar/club scene, but since everything else i've tried is like the sahara when it comes to finding HB's i'm having to get over this. so last night i went out with my brother and a couple of friends. i see these two girls, HB8s, just sitting at a booth talking to themselves. they're also sitting on the outside edge of the booth, giving off either the "we don't want company" or the "i'm eager to get out of this booth" feel. so i approach them, and open with "so i see the two of you sitting here alone and i had to come see for myself what you're doing wrong". it went well, they smiled, so i kept chatting a bit. one of them was very excited and into it, the other one had a look like a deer in headlights. a scared deer. so i'm trying to disarm her fear because i know that if i don't her friend won't leave her alone to come talk with me, and being scared she sure as hell wouldn't want to go solo with me either. so i try to break a little more ice by doing a card trick, but she never looses that glacial look of utter terror. turns out after chatting for a bit that the excited one was taking out the scared one for a good time, and the scared one didn't seem to want to be out in the first place. any suggestions on how to break that spell of fear on girls that aren't used to going out, or that don't really want to be out? |

| It is hard to neutrilize those feelings in a girl. I have tried to sarge girls that only were dragged out by there friends. They have no interest in being there. I have tried alot of things to make the target ease up. Sometimes humor works, other times you shouldn't even bother trying. I find that if a girl does not want to be at a club or meet any guys or talk to anyone besides her friend, that it is usually so imbedded into her brain that she won't even bother giving you a chance. But then again that is from my experience. Some girls wait to be swept off there feet, some girls are dying to be swept off there feet and other girls are standing on the damn broom. |
