First things first, why 342? At the beginning of the year I thought making a new journal would be silly, but due to the fact that the first 2 pages of my journal are BS, I'm starting over. It is called the 342 Journal because as of this moment there are 342 days left in the year. Vol 2 stands for Volume 2. Each year will be a new journal.

First I would like to Highlight a few things that I am proud of this year. Although I am still an AFC (I wouldn't even call myself an RAFC), I have made a lot of progress. Flirting with Underware girl (I opened a girl about underwear), and a girl who worked at Big 5 who ended up ranting on about buffets were large steps for me. Building enough attraction to N-close 7 girls at the beggining of the year was a huge feat, and the party where I ended up grinding with 5 girls was something I never imagined (Thank you gambler, but you should stick to club game). A few things, I have added a PMO tracker on my signature. At the moment I am at 6 days without masturbating. Within the past 4 years, I've realized the longest I've ever gone without masturbating was 12 days which was at the beggining of college. This explains the huge drive that I had. The PMO tracker in my signature will let you see if I've masturbated or not. Hopefully this will make me think twice about jacking off. The only erotic material that I viewed was today as a nofap test. Probably shouldn't have done it but oh well. It was 2 mins and felt really strong (so at least I'm being resensitized to that stuff). Excercise: I have been working out like a motherfucker. Each time I want to take a break I can't. I either feel like a lazy fuck or when I am relaxed enough to not work out I have rugby practice or something (rugby practice is 3 mornings and 5-6 nights a week). I feel sore constantly. Hopefully this will go away. It did last semester late in the rugby season, your body just adapts. I plan to post more on this forum in the fitness section because I think I could help people get in shape.

My motivation recently: For whatever, I have had little motivation to sarge. This is why I started NoFap, but although I am definately hornier I have not regained the motivation yet. I don't know why. Anyway, here are my goals:

1. Quit Masturbating
2. Lose fat/gain 6 pack (I'm pretty close)
3. Update Journal every day (even if not necesarily PUA related)
4. K-close 20 and F-close 3 girls this year (Is this goal lofty or low? This may seem like no problem for you more experienced members, but we've all got to start somewhere)
5. Focus more on school work.
6. Approach atleast 1 girl a day
7. Clean room (yeah, I'm not joking...)

Among the non-PUA things that I have gotten better at (although most things are related to PUA), I have become a much better leader. In most groups I am leading the set. I've been hanging out with friends more (I've had more time this semester). Finally, I have gotten way more involved with hobby's. I've learned the Ukulele, am playing guitar again, and learning graduate level theories when it comes to programming.

Hopefully this year treats me well.

Last but not least, I request something of you, the reader. If you want me to write this journey, Please respond to it. Each time there's a new post write what you think, and given how opinionated this site is I know you have to be thinking something. Your posts help speed my journey immensely, whether you're a PUA who knows what I'm doing wrong or an AFC with a comment. I like to see comments on the journal as long as they remain relevant. So once again, Please post.

I may go out tonight, I may not. The issue not motivation but the fact that I need sleep before practice tomorrow. It's cold outside and I feel as sore as hell. That and I'm a total chode at college parties. I'll see how I feel at 10 PM. I may take some ripped fuel or a 5 hour energy so I can stay awake (yeah, that's how tired the constant exercise is leaving me).

Cool man it's been good talking with you in the past. I would recommend keeping one thread as you will see a dropoff in followers each time you post a new one. I like what you're saying about nofap. I have found that it can give you a much more natural approach when you are out in the world and speaking with women. They can tell that you genuinely want to get inside their lil knickers; it's the weirdest thing in the world - it's as though they can instantly tell if you've been jacking it to man on woman porn. Nofap works ime.

Thanks Oceanx. As you can see I just relapsed. I had rugby and played well (we had a scrimmage against ourselves). I think I mentioned a guy on the rugby team who's ugly as fuck and get's laid left and right in my previous journal, well I saw him in the cafeteria talking to two HB's and winged him. They responded well.

I then took a shower and you can imagine the rest...

I immediately feel a lot different. I've masturbated 3 times the past 3 weeks which is better, but I need to cut it out completely.

I have also consolidated my two PMO meters into one. Doesn't matter whether I do one or the other, I have to reset it.

Before I relapsed, I experienced many good things. I felt motivated to do anything, whether it be school work or work out. I also got a lot more aggressive on the rugby pitch. After today I don't think I'll relapse again within 7 days. I'm a bit worried about how flatlining will effect PUA, but I have a bit of a ways to go and I don't think I suffer from nearly as severe of an addiction as most people do.

And for those of you who fap once a day and think you're not addicted, abstain for 30 days. I didn't realize I was addicted until I tried to quit. Had I known what would have happened when I was 12, I probably would have waited until I had a girlfriend to see what the female body looked like.

Regarding the new journal Oceanx, you're probably right, but looking through my last journal given how much BS there was I feel like I ended up losing some viewers. The first 2 pages and the last few are absolute crap.

I have put a rubber band around my wrist. I'll pull it back and release each time I think about relapsing. I don't think this conditioning is a bad idea.

Yep, no fap definately works... Definately! The motivation before Saturday compared to after was so much more. I'm going to get up at 5 to work out every morning in addition to rugby practice. This means I will be working out 10-12 times a week. Given that I have two rugby games next weekend (we get to travel!), it will be 12 times this week.

Nothing directly PUA related, but I'm going to make this journal more general so people will see that I have a well rounded life rather than just being the creepy PUA guy (I think that the stories that focus on the person's whole life are much better here).

Today was pretty uneventful. I woke up at 5, worked out, went to class, and then ended up sick. I missed my classes in the afternoon.

I approached a girl during breakfast. I didn't escalate at all but it was a positive conversation. Evenutally I'll resume escalating in the mess hall.

I didn't have time to post yesterday (I seriously didn't) so I'll post what I did. I ran in the morning for 2 miles (my friend who's training me said I shouldn't do 3 given that I had rugby practice later that day). I talked to a cute girl for a bit. The conversation went well but I didn't escalate. After classes I started working on this $80 computer I got and installed linux and made it command line only. Rugby practice in the afternoon was almost all fitness. When we weren't doing fitness we were tackling. After that I did homework and went to bed at midnight.

This morning I woke up at 5:20 and laid in my bed for 20 mins. I made the morning fitness session. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Apparently practice this afternoon will be an all fitness day. After fitness I approached a girl in the mess. We talked for a bit and she started giggling. Why do some girls do this? I wasn't being funny and I don't think I was being akward.

To Oceanx: Huh, it just felt akward when she started laughing though.

Anyway, Yesterday I had rugby practice. It was hell. By the 3rd day in the week I had worked out 5 times.

Anyway, I woke up at 5:30 this morning to run again. I ran for 2 miles (I know it's not a lot but keep in mind I have rugby where in one practice you often end up running 3-5 miles, 1.5 miles from sprinting). That was the 6th time I worked out this week. Tonight at rugby practice will make 7.

I mentioned something with a professor on my last journal. Here it is for those of you who don't remember:

I said, "Oh, so that's what you're into." She laughed. When she left I said 'Have fun with your whips!'

Anyway, I have practice tonight which I am not looking foward too.

Finally, I'd like to note a few NEW things that I've noticed about nofap combined with working out as much as I do:
1. I can make do with 5 hours of sleep a night. I haven't slept for more than 5 hours the entire week. This is significant because normally I will sleep for 10 hours straight without an alarm.
2. Better Focus
3. I feel more motivated to work out.
4. Working out as much as I do seems to accelerate and increase the effects of nofap.

Anyway, I'm looking foward to reading your comments. Tomorrow I have a flight to play rugby in another state. I'm not sure whether I'll have time to sarge. However, I will be occupied so I won't have time to fap. By the time I come back I will be at 6 days without fapping and a total of 9 to 10 workouts this week (It depends on whether I have time to workout tommorrow morning because I'm not sure whether i have time due to my flight.

EDIT:

I've started to count some shows as P-subs (like Californiafacation, it's very little plot and a hell of a lot of naked bodies). One issue I have is with the show Marco Polo. I love the plot but it has a lot of nudity in it. Does it count as a P-sub?

So I just came back from rugby. 7 workouts in 4 days. I am unbelivably sore.

Oceanx, I know I am a noob but there is one line that I used constantly when a girl says something that unintentionally (this is essential) comes off as sexual, and that line is "So that's what you're into". It is a line that I came up with a year ago (when I first started gaming, yeah I started late) and is the only canned thing that I use.

I happen to be good at ranting and improv. With nofap I get a lot more sexual with these things and they tend to elicit a positive response.

Anyway, I went to a friend's dorm after rugby (he was also on the team). Going out I got lost and asked a girl for directions. She ended up walking me out. Afterwards I asked her name. She was friendly.

Some of you may be asking why I'm bothering writing about this. It's normally men that do all of the favours for women. She could have just given me directions, and it was quite obvious she was in the middle of something, so say that it's insignificant if you want but it represents a change.

Anyway, I'm going to daygame this weekend out of state if I have time.

I anticipate 3 in a year is completely do able. I have one so far. The second I got to third base it wasn't too shabby. Both women also paid there half of the date, and even brought some alcohol over to my place to hang out.

I would recommend avoiding college parties. They are the last place to sarge, and only a place to invite women to hang out with you to social proof you back to the group. You meet women in class, at the coffee shop, and in the library. You can also meet women at group excercise sessions, and faculty office hours.

Run for student office or something, and always be a leader in your extracurriculars.

Finally do try using Tinder, and Okcupid. It gets you used to talking to women. Talk to hundreds, and always be cool. Learn a new pattern or two and youll be fine.

Where are you guys going to learn new patterns? I could use a few.

Hey Twerkfan. The issue is I try to avoid posting personal details on online sites. I do not have a facebook, twitter, snapchat, ect. I also don't use patterns. I run natural game.

I kinda see the use, when we arrived in Cali all of the guys were using Tindr. The issue is I'm not a good looking guy. The advantages I have are from the game.

Anyway, Yesterday we didn't do much. We landed, hung out together, ate, and then went to bed. I have a rugby game tonight and then a party, so hopefully I'll be able to game there.

Anyway, I'll keep you updated.

Sorry for no response for about a week (I've been really busy).

There was no party after the game, so that sucked.

I went to practice on Tuesday. I calculated that we did more than 2 miles of windsprints (3440 meters) and an additional 2 miles of running. On Thursday it turns out that I have a problem with my knee so I couldn't practice. Hopefully I'll be able to resume the workout schedule next week without screwing up my knee.
