Well, people say that it's hard to meet women. Others say that it's
not that hard but it just takes practice. Well I've got an activity
for those AFC's out there that might still think that meeting women
and having them become attracted is difficult. Logically it makes
sense that a man is characteristically frightened to go up to a women
and begin sarging. To quote Mystery in his first book The Mystery
Method, "Logically, rejection causes us no harm. But emotionally,
rejection can be a punishing experience. To understand this, we must
look at the ancient environment for which we were designed. In a
tribal group, there will be some small number of available women of
breeding age. When a man approaches one, he risks rejection, and if
that happens, all the other women will know, which will diminish his
value in their eyes - maye to the poit where none of the women will
mate with him. This is called Pre-selection - women look for social
validation of their choices. A suitor who is pre-selected will be
more attractive whereas a man who has been rejected will be less so."
This is only one of the factors that have to deal with approach
anxiety however, this is the most important.
Now that we have located how approach anxiety works we might just be
able to lessen the emotional stress caused by it or we might even be
able to avoid it all together. Since approach anxiety starts with the
idea that other women will find out whether you do well or badly in a
set all we have to do is rid one's self of this consequence. Stated
in logical symbology: if A&P=>x where A is approach, P is
pre-selection, and x is approach anxiety then A&~P=>~x.
So, how do we remove pre-selection from the equation? This is simple.
Get away from your normal venue. remove yourself to a place where
noone knows you and there is a high probability that you will never
see or hear from them or their friends and vice versa. What I am
saying here is if you live in Atlanta enjoy a nice trip to Charlotte,
NC or Chattanooga, TN for some quality sarging. I have found that
sarging while traveling is so much fun because whether you are
successful or not in a set, only you have the power to choose to
contact or have these people effect your life again.
Speaking from personal experience. I was down in Florida this past
weekend and every set I opened I owned. It was just a great feeling
just knowing that you can be an ass with no consequences if you
choose, you can even make up a whole new identity. I'd recommend
trying this to the AFC and working with it till you realize how much
success you have with a specific technique. Over time one should
realize and internalize that if you live in a big city, there is such
a huge population it is similar to living in a new city every night
concerning the new people you have potential to meet and have the
power to keep in contact with every night.

| I have to agree completely with you, We went on a road trip to Towson MD a few weeks ago and went to some local bars and i had no problem approaching any and every set in the place. Its much easier when you know you'll never see them again, i feel like it has definitely given me more confidence in approaching girls in my area. |
