Im new to the game, after being introduced to it by reading styles book.
I was looking around the site and i couldnt find an entire rountine and was wondering it anyone had any to offer...ive had a few ideas but im not confident they'll work...
they can be from any type of set but please specify
im looking to use them in the field to build my confidence and then to start my own and giving them back to the community
or could you please post a link for entire routines for two sets etc
