One of the easiest ways to lighten the mood or get anyone to laugh is to add something completely irrelevant to the conversation. This doesn't only apply to sarging or pick-ups, it works great when you are around your friends. I don't really have a collection of these, but I thought we could use this thread as a depot for all these quotes and phrases. I used this one today at a restaurant:
Waitress: blah, blah, blah.. im gonna have to shovel myself out tomorrow if I want to go out for new year.
Me: You know what they say, cucumbers taste better when they are pickled (then I just looked back at my menu as if nothing happened, she was in tears).
A few others are:
- Don't let your blue skies turn to gray
- A conclusion is simply the place where you got tired of thinking
- Remember that time is money
- Pressure makes diamonds
- The hardest thing in the world to understand is income tax
Anyways, you all get the picture. If not, comment and I will help you further understand. Add some of your personal favorites or anything that is just completely ridiculous. |

| Yeah, it works well, as long as you make it utterly random and act as if it is perfectly normal. I've done it for years, but it's not something I can do all the time. I use it when I get into the mood to just fuck with people's heads. |

Haha. This is just part of me naturally. I love saying completely random things like that and seeing peoples reaction.

hah my friend used to do that when we were in high school
we would call him random facts because out of nowhere he would bust out with some random shit which was totally irrelevant, but funny none the less |

Whenever you say a joke or most anything for that matter, you really shouldn't be seeking a reaction. Remember, you are an alpha male. You do, and say anything you want. You do not need validation from anyone, because you are internally validated. When you start adopting this mindset, they can say fuck-off idiot and it won't matter.... and they will see that. |

I think it is a neg kind of... it makes it seem like she is not talking about anything interesting..lol which is good but if you say this and turn away like you didn't know it was wierd then your done. They will have time to subcommunicate that your wierd to each other, but if you completely look them in thier eyes and laugh or  then laugh it can possibly work perfect. |
