Salutations,

This is a shoutout to any PUA's looking for a place to live in the bay, two 23 males looking for a third roomate for the most perfect house to turn into a shag shack to bring our sets back to. The house is located in El Cerrito and has the most incredible view of the bay, you can see all the way from the berkley clock tower, the bay bridge, beautiful sf, the golden gate, mt. tam, san rafael bridge all from the comfort of the huge bay windows in the living room or the deck in front of the house. (Such a great way to get a set back to your pad) There are 3 rooms and and the rent would be 2100 plus Utils split 3 ways, ( we can work something out if you cant quite make the 700).
