One of them asked me how to do it all, (Game).
Told him about approach anxiety, avatar... The basics.
But told him to talk to everyone,
"What I usually do is strike up a conversation with someone using a diffrent dialect, eases your AA."
It really does, I even ended up Number closing this girl pretending I was british.
Try it sometime...
