lool an interesting concept but learning to approaching women is like learning how to draw. You learn how to draw pictures... by drawing pictures.

I do not want to avoid approaches. I do approaches, but I only asked if yoga helps to get lower the AA.
So you guys are saying that yoga does not help?

The more you approach women, the less anxiety you will have.

Exercise is essential, and can have women approaching YOU, but don't confuse it with the actual requirement to approach women.

OP are you asking if meditation and yoga generally help with anxiety ? If so yes it does, however actually approaching will garner better results. Do both.

yes yoga can help AA

it is one of the tools to use to reduce AA.

what you can possibly do is combine infield action + at-home exercise

so at home you can do exercise like yoga and practicing your lines and routines.


and when you go outside you can use infield tactics to reduce AA like

(1) asking for the time
(2) asking people "hey do you know where theres a macdonolds around here


a combination of doing these things will help to get you in that social mode where you in state
and thus reduce AA to a lower percentage level.
