One of my favourite ways to start a conversation with girls in shops or any kind of services, is to
ask her, "So how did you end up working here?"

This always gets them talking a lot, because a lot of them have a story to tell.

So ask this girl. "So how did you end up working here? In a MARIHUANA shop?
I mean, was this like a dream you had as a kid?"

Right, you tease her about it. I mean the joke is obvious there.

Your entire purpose should be to present yourself as a cool, chilled guy who is just chatting with her.

And after she tells you, you can change the topic with this line:

"So what else do you do besides working here?"

The main thing should be to turn your focus onto her, and talk mainly about her. When you do that
the whole anxiety and not knowing what to say will disappear.
