Okay so im a little on the heavy side, however I'm working on it. Besides the weight i was wondering what kind of cloths and hair i should go for. I usually wear jeans with a button up shirt (short sleave) and my hair is best described as a jew frow so can you all help me out?

Douge,

So I am new to this forum for only about an hour but if there is anything I know, it's style and appearance. Actually, it is one of my downfalls that I am learning to get over in that girls think I have great style so they want to go shopping with me and it turns into a friendly relationship.

Also, if you're interested in getting away from the heavy side and into shape, I can help there too. As of 3 months ago, I was 220lbs at 6'1". No one ever said I was fat, but I was embarrassed to take my shirt off. I'm now 180lbs and in the best shape of my life.

If you want, post a pic of yourself and I'd be happy to critique and tell you what you need to improve.

Hopefully this works like karma and if I help you, someone will help me!
