The other day me and my Wing(EzAlex) were talking about Innergame and health,then we stumbled upon the topic of masturbating. He told me that he does it rarely, on the other hand I do it all the time. It got me thinking,if he does it rarely and he has his shit together(motivated...etc), I do it all the time(each day) and I barely have my shit togheter( Im lazy and tired all the time,not motivated) there must be something wrong that I was doing.
I looked up on the internet if too much masturbating is bad, and I clicked on the first link that poped up. It explained that masturbation is a healthy sexual behavior. Like other behaviors, when over practiced or addicted it can lead to both psychological and physiological imbalances.

•Thinning hair / Hair Loss

•Eye floaters or fuzzy vision

I had some of those symptoms thus I looked up``anti-masturbation diet`` and it explained that some foods reduces a person hornyness like cornflakes and graham crackers.
so I tested this diet out. My goal was to masturbate 1 time per wee. I went to the kitchen, got a old dusty box of cornflakes cereal and started eating it. When I was young I always thaught cornflakes tasted bad and boring, but man I was wrong, its FUCKING GOOD! so i started eating alot of cornflakes each day, and my raging lust for masturbating disapeared for a whole week, I started to feel rested, I had motivation to go talk to girls and I was concetrating more at school. Infact it even worked...too well.
