This is no big deal, probably a majority of 17-year olds have never seen action. You may think everyone is at it, trust me they are not. People lie a lot at that age, especially about women. |

GREAT your at the bottom... thats a great place to start cause it doesnt get anyworse , you can only move UP 
First step is becoming social greatness ( my term for being able to talk to anyone/ center of convo lol )
Aim to aquire social skills / inner game THEN focus on Outer gaming <-- good suggestion?
Just remeber u got nothing to lose and EVERYTHING to gain

Also, (not bragging) but I may have it the worst of all. I'm almost 23 and never had a gf or K-close. Its mostly because of a K-close anxiety. i'm only being harsh because i'm fed up with AFC's/new PUA's being cocky and i've learnt the only way to get them to stop...is by doing what i did.
if i were you and i was in that situation...i'd let them know how nervous you are (but don't tell them you've never kissed anyone) because there then more likely to make the move. i've actually faked that once...just to get with a HB8 but obviously told her afterwards that it wasn't true and we've been dating ever since
