Dude, I have tried everything affordable; nothing worked. The more things I tried, the more frustrated and self-conscious I became with it. There are other sites that are better suited to help you with this, but if nothing works, just say fuck it, I'm not perfect and stop screwing with it. I barely notice it anymore and the girls I date never seem to either.

Improve your diet, drink a LOT of water and use a decent face scrub twice a day.

This is a weird approach but god damn it helped me a ton, like literally I do not get spots anymore.

Try taking multi vitamin tablets, and then an extra tablet of zinc + Vitamin C (try main stream chemists/etc)

Seriously, I used to be horrible, worked a beauty.

Mine's pretty mild and I'm too old to really care. I picked up some cheap zinc and vitamin C, it's worth half an effort.

So anything happened?

It got me through my worst period and now it's gone.

I got some laser treatments, it only take 10 minutes, twice a week for four weeks. Its amazing. Pricey though, 100 per treatment, but it works. Just look it up in your area.

Two options:

1) Laser ( IPL, N-Lite are the best)
2) TCA peels

The first will not get rid of acne but you will not get any breakouts. Just an occasional spot

The second it will get rid of the occasional spot and any possible scars or blackheads.

Please don't try roaccutane. It is really bad for your health. And overwashing your face will get you more spots!

The only way to get rid of acne is to get your body back into a state of homeostasis. I actually wrote an ebook that explains exactly how to get rid of acne. Last year I was offering the ebook for free to anybody who needed it. That offers not going on anymore but you can pick the book up at [http://www.homemade-acne-treatments.com][/url]

Besides the obvious drink more water comments, change your pillowcase every night. I know this sounds ridiculous, but seriously. Either that, or put a different towel on your pillow before you go to bed. And try not to roll around / rub your face on it too much. Sleep on your back.

Oh, and, wash your face when you wake up / before you go to sleep.
