it's almost like the more you do it the lazier

And how much masterbation is enough

I used to do it too often. Around 4 times a week. I'm trying to forego masterbation for 30 days and see how it affects my mentality and pick-up.

So far after a week, the results are positive. More determination, more results.

What did you do to fill the void?

I'm attempting to cut back myself, and to "fill the void" I just try to go out! I don't force myself to sarge, I'm still just starting to learn pickup, but just get out of the house and keep occupied.
Recently I joined a mixed martial arts gym. I find it's really helped with my self control! Along with my confidence, my patients, and many other things that relate to game, and inner game!
I would recommend martial arts to anyone!

Really there is no science that definitively answers this question. Some people say they can do it three times a day and still feel horny, others reckon they get the best results when they've not masturbated for months on end. Other people say that if they don't masturbate for a certain amount of time they end up coming off as desperate and needy, or too intense, rather than it actually helping their game. There is some science that suggests things like testosterone rising to a 7 day peak and then falling again, so if anything the once-a-week theory is probably about the most scientifically backed up theory, but even this doesn't necessarily relate to much, as there is debate on how much the testosterone levels actually rise and how much that actually affects your personality.

What I'd say is try abstaining for a certain amount of time and see how you feel. I do believe a lot of it is mental - people read on the internet that abstaining from masturbation makes you feel better and makes you better with girls, so they then believe that that is the case after they abstain.

Everyone's body works differently, so we can't really answer this for you. Try abstaining for maybe a week - if you see a difference then great, if not, then i wouldn't bother. I'm sceptical about abstaining for a month just to get some sort of result - it's not really healthy, which is why you get nocturnal emissions and the like when you've waited too long (and if you're going to get rid of it through nocturnal emissions then you might as well enjoy it whilst you're awake, as it'll have the same physiological effects on the body). Also, if you're going to have to not masturbate for a month just to get with one girl, then it's a lot of effort in my opinion - you'd be better off spending your time improving other areas of your game and masturbating whenever you feel like it!

I used to masturbate alot in the past, 1-2 times day (sometimes more) cause of sheer boredome, and I had no need at all for girls.

I stopped it recently (for 3-4 days at least, then do it 1 time and wait 3-4 days again), and I am finally getting my lust back. Its not really good to do it alot. I would say 2-3 times/week is good.

Make it a rule to go without until you've actually gone out to meet girls and hadn't had any success. And even then only once a week at most.

I've found that a high libido is a good way to overcome anxiety and pushes you to pull the trigger.

basically, masturbations kills your sex drive, makes you lazy and less confident. Also it causes depression. So for anyone, who isn't successful with girls but masturbate a lot I would suggest stopping. Just stop touching your dick for a week at least. You will see effects. If you like them, you keep abstaining from masturbation for longer period until you find someone to fuck and there is no longer a need for self-pleasure. It takes will power and it takes rational thinking too to accept the fact that you are addicted to it (masturbating/porn).

I am 50 days "clean" from this addiction.

I wouldn't call it an addiction and I doubt it causes depression. But holding off does improve your game as well as makes sex better.

Most of the time during daytime I'm out or studying. I come home usually for evenings to sleep while my room mate barely ever leaves the room. I'm actually quite grateful for this because I was practically FORCED to minimalize masturbation. I do it about once a week, when I have some privacy but since I'm mostly with other people having a good time I don't even really feel the need to do it anymore.

Cut back on the masterbation quite a bit and eliminated porn. Brought an HB back to my house last night and banged her on my sofa. First time laid in while. Eliminating porn def has mental positives to it. I also find my mood to be better and outlook more positive in general.

A rule of thumb for me. If you have an erection for a good portion of the day and most likely not getting sex. You have to relieve the horniness.
