I was watchng some videos on [link] which were very interesting. I've learned many things such as REFRAMING, getting over phobias, etc... etc...

But for now, let's start with Approach Anxiety. You're afraid of getting rejected by women right? I want you to ask yourself these questions:

1) What could possibly happen if a woman rejects you? besides her turning into a firey dragon and burning you to a crisp then having you for dinner. Just kidding guys!

2) How would it feel to be rejected by the hottest babe on earth?(Picture going up to a celebrity and try chatting her up, lke Eva Mendes, Jen Lo, Paris Hilton or whoever). Now with this picture in the head does she appear bigger than you? Is she tougher than you? Is she gonna rip you in two and devour you as her mid-night snack?

None of these are true! It's all bullshit! What you're doing is having them control your FRAME. A frame is what Zip references it to as having what you experience pass through your thin membrane; enveloping your Body like a aura. It's what people see when you talk with them or walk by you.

If you have a weak frame then people would see you as weak and be able to use you for their advantage. This may or may not have happened to you during growing up. However, did you know you can change all that? How? By reframing your reference frame, or altering your experience.

Now imagine this hot babe inside your mind. She's big and hairy like a loveable gorilla. She liked to dance, sing, draw, write, have fun, talk, and all bunch of stuff.

Now imagine this girl wearing a top hat, doing the Poka! Imagine going to this girl and each step you grow taller and confident. As you reach this girl, you're ten times bigger than this girl. SHe looks like a baby to you that she once was. Act like you were to act with a baby! "Awww-aren't you cute! You're so adorable! I love you-yes I do!"

Each day picture this in your head-one getting up the morning, one in the afternoon, and one before going to bed. Soon enough you'll be able to approach a girl without hestiation.

Another good way is to think of something ridiculous about your fear to approach women. Turn your fear into a fascination! When you see a HB, start imagining her as a cute little baby inside your head and say in your head all the endearing words like, "Aren't you a cute little girl? Awww! You're so sweet and such adorable little thing I've ever seen!"

What I'm saying is make fun of your fear and it will go away! It works and worked on my clients dealing with phobias and such sorts.
