What are the best ways to build confidence on the spot?

I sometimes feel the lack of confidence gets in my way while sarging. What do you guys think the mpuas do to boost inner confidence on the spot?

what i do is before i sarge i say to myself

' you are the best, your confident, attractive and can get any girl'.

It may sound ridiculous but after a while every time you say it you can feel your confidence being boosted.

the best thing for you to do when you first open or meet is to use c&f straight away. this milk increase comfort with her and her reaction (should be looking in your eyes if you are using eye contact correctly) will give you confidence.

when you have got the initial attraction up then just fluff talk and aim towards an arrangement for a later date or kiss close.

do a shot, go somewhere private and bang out 50 pushups, think about the last girl your railed, look through your text message history at all the hb's who want you, eat something super spicy, ect.
anything that gets your endorphines going that's quick an easy if gonna make you feel better.

I know in one of Mystery's promo vids he uses "Party Like A Rockstar" Even if you don't like rap, it's more of a mindset than just a song. Always gets me pumped and I just bounce into the set and go with it. Kind of like a workout mix except its a PU mix. Hope this helps!

If you've read Mystery Method (the bare minimum you need), you have the basic tools and knowledge. Now all you need is the field experience and expect to receive some scraps and bruises.

Say to yourself that you can get any girl, You can! Its all about confidence, confidence and confidence. PUA material is all based on confidene and routines, not looks. Ive seen some of the ugliest guys in the world with the biggest HBs.

The answer is simple to the confidence building: remember all the successes you had, take a breath and say to yourself, 'I am ___(who ever you are), and i can do anything.

works for me anyway. Its psychology, the more you say it, the more you believe it, the more confidence you have, the more pick-ups you get and so the cycle goes on.

Something a female friend told me when she offered to winged for me, "Get over yourself!"

It was blunt and honest, something that completely caught me off guard, since I thought that, as my wing, her job was to encourage me, not tear me down. It wasn't till a few days later that I realized that she was right. My irrational fear of being embarrassed and humiliated in public was very self-centered. My whining about not having enough confidence on the spot was just simply me complaining about why so many other guys around me had women in their arms and I didn't.

So, in short, "Get over yourself!"
