You see, when it comes to banging a woman who has a boyfriend.
There is two cases, when you want a FB, or a relationship.
By your text I believe you're looking towarrd a relationship with her. Now, let me warn you and advise you, sleep with her first, then worry about whether or not she'll break up with her boyfriend. Too many guys focus to get a girlfriend first and then try to sleep with her, this only delays the process; sleep with her first and then worry about becoming her boyfriend. It just works better.
For a girl to break up with her boyfriend to get with another guy is a PAIN IN THE ASS, so play her game, you must be an option that she may earn, and so should see, at least until you sleep with her.
Don't make the mistake of going out with her with the mindset of making her break up with her boyfriend, instead go out, have fun, and enjoy yourself. You see, when it comes to seducing a woman with a boyfriend, you must be an OPTION, some guy made once the perfect comparison.

THIS EXAMPLE ABOVE REPRESENTS HOW IN ORDER TO SLEEP WITH A TAKEN WOMEN, YOU JUST NEED TO SHOW YOURSELF AS AN OPTION, AND SHE BUYS INTO YOU, NO BIGGIE, RIGHT?

If I asked you to change your phone service for another one, what would the other one have to do?
It has to be more exclusive, offer a better price, more quality, cooler, etc
THIS EXAMPLE REPRESENTS DUMPING A CURRENT BOYFRIEND, TO GET WITH SOMEONE ELSE, IT'S A PAIN IN THE ASS, JUST LIKE SWITCHING SERVICES.
But what if you tried the new service for free, and you saw that it was better in all aspects, chances are you WILL stay with the new phone services, meaning if you sleep with her first your chances of becoming her boyfriend later on are much greater.
What "Easylover" said is classic advice, and a good one.
Don't insult her boyfriend, she will get defensive.
If she talks about her boyfriend, be neutral about it.
If she talks good about him, glorify the guy, over do it, so you set up her boyfriend to meet standards that he obviously doesnt meet.
