Friday. Went to a club and saw this really hot girl dancing with this really ugly guy. She looked at me and I kept eye contact. Minutes later I saw her seating on her own. I go like "Hey, why alone? today is your lucky day, let's go dance!" (all in cocky and confident tone). She smiles and says she has to stay at the table until her friends come over. I go like "oh, I get it. your boyfriend is jelous right?" she smiles and says yes. then she says "well, I don't have a boyfriend. we could dance later oif you want". I said cool and left. Minutes later I see her at the door, ready to leave. I touched her on the lower back and asked her if she was leaving me just like that (smiling and being cocky again). She smiles and asks ME my phone number. At this point I was kinda confused because I wasn't sure if giving HER my number would be needy. Anyways she took it from me and then she wrote down her number for me. I haven't called yet.
Saturday:
I am at another club and see a set of 4 blonde HB8 girls dancing alone. I approach and ask the hottest one "speak english?" and she is like "ya, but we are german". I am like "cool, I am learning german and actually said a couple of things in german" she laughs. Then her friends start to look nervous and they drag her sort of away from me, so I was left dancing alone. I made the horrible mistake of talking to one of her friends and this one would just say NO to anything I say. "what's your name?" "NO",
"so you are all together on vacation?" "NO", "are you german too?", "NO".
at this point, to keep my smile was just horrible and very hard to do. I ejected.
Please comment on my flaws and stuff. thanks. |

I had a set like this on Friday. A great set, I opened well, the rest of the set left the target isolated with me, and then came back and were total bitches about it.
Exact words: "Our real friends are here, so we're going to go drink with them for a bit, kay?" really snotty and arrogant, like I'm a huge prick for striking up a conversation. The target even looked embarrassed.
Standard cock-blocking, though. In your first set, she set up the cock-block herself. Having to wait for her friends was a shit-test. You should have backed it up with something like "Great! Introduce me to your friends!" This makes you a part of the set almost instantly.
The second set was ultimately a result of not winning her friends over first. You jumped from early game straight to mid game (languages are a mid-game topic in my experience; you can help build rapport and attraction if you prove you're a quick learner, and when it comes to languages, I am. Your milage may vary), and that alerted her friends to the iminent danger you posed. Keep in mind you are a sexual predator, and girls will sense that if you give away too much of your game too soon.
As for me, I was a victim of not warming my obstacles enough as well. I really should have focused on the ugly friend instead of the hot chick. *sigh* So much to learn. |

LOL, thanks for your reply Monkey. I am laughing because you mentioned talking to the ugly friend. Yeah, it is hard to talk to the ugly friend when the hot friend is in front of you.
I truly appreciate your comments, thank you. Indeed, the first girl cockblocked by herself and her number was probably BS.
The second set I indeed blew off because I came in just too hard and playing all my cards right away. (hey, they were really hot!).
Indeed there is so much to learn, and even more, learning it on the book is not enough, the trick is to internalize it. I make so many mistakes I know I should avoid, but once in the field I just forget.

| Experience will help you internalize. It's easier to understand a situation if you have a personal reference point from which to relate it. If you look at a set later and go "Ok, that's where I went wrong," you'll find you do better the next time around. It helps to get an outsider's opinion on it too. And that's what we're here for. ^__^ |
