Prolong the art of Picking up Women!

During the last year the underground society of pick-up artists is begining to level. Many routines will stop to work as they get more and more used. I hate to admit but a couple of weeks ago i tried my favourite basic routine, which involved a simple ESP test (pick a number between 1 and 10 blah blah) sadly she chose a number i wasnt expecting, but this is okay, i know a return ace. However to make it worse, despite this nearly always working, she saw it before!!! and did not except my talking about how she is different and a modern independent woman and crap! Shit!
Those who are new to the game must learn is - is that being spontaneous and creative is the best way to pick up women. if you are not this, feed from past routines memorise them and the flow of the set, but instead of going word by word - mold a new routine and pattern. This may be obvious and a pointless statement, but i strongly believe that soon most routines will be known.
A task i believe we should all do when bored, on the train, sitting about, watching TV - is to write new routines, try them, post the routine and we will all give feed back on what we thought. By doing this Women will remain blind to an approach and except.

Sorry for not posting a routine, but this must be said!

I remember reading something broadly along those lines on another forum. Some AFC was asking what happens when women wise up to the whole PU thing. As you say Sterlz, with specific routines it’s easy enough to change them and be a little creative.

But, as for women ‘wising-up’ to pick-up, I’m not convinced they will or even want to! Most guys don’t know it, but women love being GAMED when they’re in the mood! They absolutely love it!

After several years of playing the field, my pick-up and seduction goals have changed! It’s all about fun now and the social interaction – not because of a potential f@ck any more. But, because I really enjoy chatting to women – whether I’m interesting in closing not!

Here's the thing: as the community grows, and begins to pick up steam, our methods are going to be exposed through publications not unlike The Game. This isn't a bad thing; it gets people involved in the community and makes people interested in how things are done.

I myself am quite new to pickup, and made the mistake of using canned material on a girl who had read Style's book. The result was strange. My target (the girl who hadn't read the book) was quite supportive of me trying my routine again on someone else. She's a sweet girl and I hope I get to see her again. ^_^ The girl who had read the book was unimpressed, but not because I was trying to game them. I think it was simply because I wasn't being very creative.

Back in the day, pickup lines worked. Guys would walk up to girls and say something like "Do you use Windex on your pants? Kuz I can see myself in them..." and the girls would giggle and it would start a conversation. Now, the pickup line is passe, so we've been forced to get more creative. We've started to use interesting openers to start conversations, and it's been working. For now. As the lid gets blown off the scene, though, it'll be harder and harder for a peacocked guy to approach and open, because girls will know what to expect. Already, some have wised up to the art.

Juggler's onto something when he says that your routine shouldn't be a routine. It should just be starting a good conversation and slowly escalating to seduction. It's harder, God knows its harder than Mystery Method. But MM is based so heavilly in the steps and processes that it will eventually gain the same stigma afflicting some of the best pickup lines in history. ^_^

I don't know. Maybe one day girls will realize all we are doing. So what!!! Another genius like mystery will come along and create a new society. So don't worry too much.

The greatest part of pick up is that there are new routines being created every day. Each time your in a different situation you can learn a new routine. Pick up won't be completely figured out for years to come.

I hate the idea of a routine... opener doesn't matter if you say it right... opinion openers are often cheesy, just have fun with whatever you say...

But then I suppose that is pretty close to a routine... just I know my mate is really hung up on making sure he knows what exactly he is going to say, I think it just destroys all the continuity...

Well, I've been thinking about this too, I agree with the topic creator. We also need to come up with original and good routines on our own. Opinion openers on the other hand I think will never be wrong to use... because girls likes to give their opinions on something and if you are just asking for their opinion, they can't reject you right?

well if you guys can't come up with an original line sponatously or design your own rountine bcuz you don't have enough experience or you are a beginner well there is another way to use the common lines and that is to modify them a little that they don't sound to much like the orginal or if you have a bunch of collection from the many puas around the world, you could use different rountines and line once until you use them all once and then use it again but varying the pattern once each and then repeat the pattern. there are thousands of lines, openers, storytelling and games out there and there is no way a woman can learn all of it and remember every detail just like us puas cannot remember every openers and lines to put to use. sure she will call out on it and when she does, that where the art of improvistation comes in. get off your own ass and get out there and live your life, you will never get anywhere if you not willing to risk everything.
