Cause it's late and I wasn't doing anything I did the entire thing. It was pretty relaxing. I mean I honestly didn't understand why I was doing all this specifically but I was relaxed.

I did what this guy was saying, and I felt like I was being hypnotized... either way, definitly something I will do in the future to get to that relaced feeling.
