So I made a test...

I went out sarging a lot this week, both with and without alcohol. I was NOT drunk, just a little tipsy (in the state AFCs wanna be to approach).

Without alcohol:
90% Open rate, 60% Number close rate

With alcohol:
25% Opening rate, 0% number closes, 0% attraction, 10% sets going beyond A2...

Conclusion, dont drink and sarge.

Oh, I forgot...

Alcoholm made me approach with a too high energy level, or too low. It screws up your calibration and you do not see the signals the group gives you.

yo,
i just came from the bar, i was somewhat wasted but still able to keep my speech clear. i couldnt do more than one approach (two set, hardly any lonely women in the clubs i go and doesnt really matter to me if its lonely girl or 2s) bcuz i had terrible sleep last night and sarging + tiredness + alcohol = QQ.
anyway, what do you guys suggest that i should do in this state? boost my inner game with something or just not to sarge? im newbie in the game so im really far off about the unwritten rules. i want the get the game started so far i havent been able to pull it off without alcohol. toss me a bone here,

Well dizone, for your first question, personally i'd say don't even bother sarging while wasted. As for your second question/problem, everyone just starting out has problems with coming up with the courage to overcome AA. It's just one of those hurdles that everyone has had to deal with at some point. What i would suggest to you is to find someone else of a like mind and start teaching them what you've learned here in a social environment, like a club, and then try demonstrating by using a canned opener. Once you've done an approach, it gets easier and easier as the night goes. Dont expect instant success, especially when just starting, but rather look at it as just practice. Kind of like when you try something mundane for the first time. You don't expect to be an expert at it from the get go, just to gain experience and knowledge from it. After that, just build from there. Hope that helps, and good luck with the sarges!

Practice opening sets that have no value to you. After you get your successrate up you will have no problems opening sets with hot girls...

It is true that alcohol can dramatically ruin your game but to a point. To be honest I usually end up getting drunk yet I am most effecient at picking girls up at the 1-2 beer mark. It just relaxes me and makes me feel comfortable. I just feel wierd with a drink at a bar.

I was very drunk last week and opened a set with ease and the girls were totally interested yet so drunk that I could not comprehend what they were saying. My buddy in the morning said I could have taken one of them home but being so drunk prevented that. I laughed about it yet learned my lesson.

Those stats may only apply to your way of sarging/area/girls sarged.

Scientifically speaking, I think it's hard to gather any concrete evidence on this because of the placebo effect...

If you find that you're better at opening when you're buzzed, it could be because of the alcohol, or it could be because you THINK you'll be better at opening in that state.

If you want to see what I mean, try this sometime: give one of your friends a drink that doesn't have alcohol in it, but tell them it does. Usually, they'll start acting a little tipsy after a few rounds, even though they haven't really been drinking.

Generally speaking, though, sarging sober seems like the way to go.

I agree. Drinking never got me anywhere when I sarge. It always ends up making me be more blunt with women and focus less on my game. I think that the occational drink is ok when you sarge, but not to the point of being off your face. I found that the more you show your affections to the women when your drunk, causes less opertunities to neg, and draw her away. This also reverses the pecock effect because most men in the club are drunk anyway. Overall I find sober sarging more effective

Yes... The dreaded placebo effect. As far as Im concerned, Im not really interested in finding hard evidence, I was merely trying to point out that when I drink (maybe my friends gave me stuff without alcohol without me knowing it but I doubt it) my game goes worse than without alcohol.

Alcohol has never benefited me physically, mentally or socially. It also used to make me very angry, this is why I have permanently given up drink.

(If someone made a meal using red wine for a sauce, that is different, I mean actual drinking for the sake of it.)

Interestingly, If a set/target discovers I'm a non drinker, they either ridicule me as a "kill joy" etc, or show me the utmost respect and find me very mature. With targets and sets over the age of 20 it is usually the latter.

I have sarged when under the influence...Did help me relax but then ive tried doing it when hammered and my head was everywhere...pulling up different and wrong routines haha was really funny the next morning looking back though!!

Girls are always curious why you're not drinking so i usually have a few and spread them out!!!

Worst bit of sarging was the other way round....i was buidling comfort and with this girl for a few hours...then i finally cracked it and then she was over the edge due to alcohol...she was hammered by the end of the night and it was hilarious...i wasnt even bothered i invested a lot of time in this HB....all she kept saying was..."do that magic trick again" and she couldnt stop laughing
