If you guys got Issues with your Inner Self These books will Help.

Like for me i blushed first, Then I red a book by Wayne Dyer.
And it was gone.

Also i was suffering from toxic shame and its gone.

So here are some Great books for you !

Meeting the Shadow - Connie Zweig
Healing the Shame that bounds You - John Bradshaw
Inspiration - Wayne Dyer
Book about Manipulation and shit - Wayne Dyer (forgot title)
Books by Anthony Robbins.

Hey guys i was wonderin about self help cd's or mp3, that can be bought off the net. I read a post awhile back comparing the hypnosis site's but i cant seem to find it anymore. Help would be great my inner game is crap!!!!!!

books give you some good tips and there is some good advice. for example, i read this in one book and found it really helpful: When you are talking to someone, stay out of your head and listen. You have all day to talk to yourself, but when you are with someone is not the time.
