I don't really get aproach anxiety, just sometimes, I'm just not, in the mood to to try neg, or do anything like that, whats a good way to get into the pick up mood.

Have fun and promise to yourself and to your nearby friends (if there is) that you are going to blow the set and do high five with them. That way you have nothing to fear of and it all might come off naturally and you dont have the need of success. Smile

Your problem seems to be that this isn't natural for you. You need to work harder to make it a part of your life. Even if it means practising on your friends.

Once negging becomes part of your behavioural routine for picking up women, you'll stop noticing that you're doing it and start doing it naturally. thus it's no longer a thing of concious effort.
