Ive been using unstoppable confidence by ross jeffries and i actually see it working.I dont know how but it justs starts working a couple of weeks after you start,The key i think is doing it forever because as soon as you stop you return to being a wussbag.

forever is a lil extreme, but yes you have to do it long enough for it to be internalized and become part of your identity, good job on following through keep it up
