it sounds great, doesn't it? well i did it through a video on youtube.
It's called "Destroy your Approach Anxiety"
it uses a technique called inner game tapping. All you have to do is relax and spend 24 minutes of your life watching the video. It really works and now I just talk to about any girl.

| nice man, I stopped after the vid, although unfortunately I wasn't able to truly replicate the real feeling I feel before the approach in the first place. I have a question though, are you suppose to do this before you go sarging or is something that stays with you after the 1st time you do it? |

| I could barely stand watching 30sec of that video. I wanted to pull my hair out and punch that guy. That is not the way to get over approach anxiety u have to find ur own method. |

I agree Lover but I can't believe u actually made it to 30secs I wanted to punch that guy as soon as i saw him LOL |

When I first started watching it I wanted to punch him too - part of me was thinking that he put this video out to just to see how many people he can get to tap the hell out of their faces, but I kept watching. I'm not one to buy into this new wave energy stuff but part of me wanted to believe it would solve my AA problems. I'm not gonna lie, it was way too long and it was just the same thing over and over, and his voice kind of gets on your nerves, say, after the seventh, "This feeling".
While I don't know if it has worked yet (I have classes all week so sarging is only an option on weekends) it seems like something that will work. I did feel a little different around people in class today, but I dunno, it could have just been psychological. It might just be that because I watched the video I expect not to have AA, so my brain compensates by getting rid of the AA. Who knows? I'll keep you guys posted next time I go sarging. |

You guys are way too harsh. I watched the entire thing, and it has actually reduced my social anxiety in general. I did not want to punch the guy, he seemed really patient, and seemed to really want to help the viewer.
Even if it is a purely placebo effect, which it is not, anything that helps is good in my book. So I say tap away! What's to lose, 24 mins? |

| Hey guys, just an update on the validity of this tapping method- It actually works. I can talk to anyone I want now with minor AA. It is still there, but is definitely not as overwhelming as before. I take back everything I said about this guy being annoying, he actually helped a lot. I recommend everyone check this out, even if you only watch a little of it. |

| The video wasn't bad. I saw a funny video on youtube called, "an alien hypnosis session." Using hypnosis to be proactive. |

| i had the same problem of not being able to replicate the feeling. Plus im not sure if your supposed to puase do what hes telling then continue or what? anyways ill try again tommorrow. One thing i noticed was all the positive comments and people are usually heavy with the criticism on youtube so i figure it must be working. i think i feel alittle different i ll post after my 2nd try 2morrow. |

| I've tried this, as well as the ex-gf cleanse. i cant say if i know that they worked...if they did (as far as ex-gf cleanse goes) it didnt work right away. I think it's definitely something ppl should give a shot tho |

| no that video is legit we learned about that stuff in psychology and our professor used it aot in her practice. its called lateral movement something, and its common for reducing stress, anxiety, depression, etc. Clinically tested and the whole bit, i just dont know how well it works for this, but in theory it should be legitimate if you go in with an open mind |
