Alright PUA's this is what i got i want some constructive criticism to make this better. This will also be what i use to open my first EVER set. Any tips and/or suggestions will be appreciated.
Me: Hey, quick question: is it ok to break up with someone over a text message?”
HB: blah blah
Me: I see, I gotta get back to school but before I do that reminds me just recently this crazy girl that my friend was going out with. She was like one of those people you would say o she looks really nice but when you get to know them your like, damn that girl is psycho. She was all controlling and stuff she would tell him no you can’t go there or no you can’t go out with your friends. So he came up to me and I told him to just break up with her. So instead of talking to her face to face he broke up with her over a text message so he wouldn’t have to hear all her complaining and stuff. And after they broke up this girl starts hitting on me and im just like uh sorry I don’t get involved with my friends ex’s and walked away.
Me: Anyway I gotta get to track practice but it was fun talking to you, we should meet up again and talk some more when I have time. (Hand her phone) |

How much talking would she actually do at this point?
Honestly, I would say something more like "It was nice meeting you. You seem interesting. I'd like to talk to you more and see if you are." Hand her your phone. |

| Before you run off maybe do a cold read of some kind- anything thats like: "oh you're one of these girls because of this." You have to build a little more comfort if you want her to call you. |

| I like the opener definately fin to try it out. I think it will work real well. As I waz reading it I had this weird idea you should say after she waz control sentence " Hey would you ever be that control in a relationship." So she would be more into the interaction. |

Hey, actually a pretty cool idea for an opener. I'd swing it mre like this though:
[standard opening passage] "Is it Ok to break up with someone via text mesage?"
[whatever]
"Yeah, I didnt think so either. See, this girl I know is breaking up with this guy, and she says she wants to do it by text message. Is it just me, or is that just too harsh?"
[Too harsh, from them]
"I thought so. Hey..[next routine]"
You could probbally throw in a nice neg, that if everyone agrees that it's too harsh, point to your target and say 'hah, she doesnt look convinced". They might even start interrogating her for you, opening it all up. |
